Summer has kicked off in a crazy way for Rainbo and The Naturalista. We have been super busy in the van hawking our salad boxes at House Festival, Street feast, KERB and all across the city, while this week I did my first private healthy supper club for 16 women at Wakeman Road in Kensal, hot on the heels of my end of year nutrition exam, and am also busy working on an exciting new project called Pura Vida Social Club, launching next Wednesday in East London.
Bringing together healthy food, live music, sound healing, craft and discussion, PVSC is a monthly midweek gathering to nourish your mind, body and soul with likeminded people in the bustling city. For the launch I am working on a super nutritious menu with The Detox Kitchen, Punch Foods and Danielle Copperman from Model Mange Tout, and juices from Imbibery will provide liquid sustenance alongside some harder drinks for the naughtier among us.
