Feed your Mind: Nutrition and Mindfulness workshop with Daylesford, January 12

Happy New Year friends! I hope 2017 has been kind to you so far. It feels like a big year ahead and I am so excited for all the new horizons, journeys and teachings it will bring.

Over Christmas and New Year I took some time offline and it felt so nourishing. It wasn’t even a conscious intention but just happened, as if there were no two ways about it, and it reminded me how important it is to make the space to allow our days to unfold in real time, feet on the ground, heads up, eyes open; rather than staring at a screen and crowding what little space we have these days with digital imprints and noise.

And now as January opens up and we prepare for the arrival of our little one in February I feel rejuvenated and excited to be holding some wellness-themed workshops before maternity leave. Next week, I will be heading to the beautiful Daylesford farm to hold an intimate morning at their Haybarn spa where we will look at ways to avoid burnout and stay energised and vital for the year ahead. With some gentle guided meditation, easy nutritional recipes from my book (which I will also be signing) and plenty of time for conversation and chatting, it will be a wonderful morning of friendship and nourishment.
