Here at PachaMama Alon is on the same page – I made his quick and easy almond and garlic crumble for a simple cauliflower soup and it was a perfect combination… So here you go.
2 handfuls if almonds
4 or 5 cloves of garlic
A good sprinkle of black salt and pepper
Roast the almonds and leave them to cool. Then magimix them with the raw garlic, salt and pepper and serve. You could add any spices or herbs – I added dill and it was yum. This is so simple it’s almost hard to believe how good it tastes.
