5 minute healthy choc pots

On the weekend Ben, his brother Dan and I went for a long happy walk in Greenwich park, full of ideas and chats and inspiration looking over the city, and came back to their parents’ house starving. Dan whipped up his signature Sunday roast and I was in charge of pudding. I knew on the spot that it had to be chocolate, it had to be available from the local food shop, and it had to be quick.

This is the fastest and simplest raw, vegan, gluten-free healthy chocolate pudding I have come across and it tastes ace.

And we rejoiced eating it knowing it was full of goodness but tasted so naughty. We love to get away with stuff don’t we?

Serves 6 in small cups

2 avocados

1 ripe banana

2/3 cup soaked dates

1/2 cup cacao

1 tsp vanilla paste or essence or 1 vanilla pod

Whizz in a blender, taste and add a dash of salt if you like, spoon into little cups or glasses and refrigerate before serving.

And only one thing to wash up.

Boom!
